Earning your rewards is easy.
Qualifying for your Kasasa Cash rewards automatically qualifies you for the highest Kasasa Saver rate, too. To earn your rewards just do the following transactions and activities in your Kasasa Cash account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least 15 debit card purchases post and settle
- Be enrolled in and agree to receive eStatements
- Be enrolled in and log into online banking
That's it. Even if you don't meet these qualifications during the cycle, there are no fees or penalties -- your Kasasa® accounts are still free. Plus, you'll earn our base dividend rate on Kasasa Saver and Kasasa Cash. And you can get right back to earning your full Kasasa rewards the very next qualification cycle.
*APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APYs accurate as of 07/26/2016. Rates may change after account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings. New members must pay the $5 membership fee and meet the $5 qualifying share requirement at the time of account opening. For Kasasa Cash, if qualifications are met each monthly qualification cycle: (1) Domestic ATM withdrawal fees incurred during qualification cycle will be reimbursed (up to $5.00 per single transaction) and credited to the account on the last day of the monthly statement cycle; (2) balances up to $5,000 receive APY of 2.51%; and (3) balances over $5,000 earn 0.50% dividend rate on the portion of the balance over $5,000 resulting in 2.51% - 0.60% APY depending on the balance. If qualifications are not met on Kasasa Cash all balances earn 0.05% APY. Qualifying transactions must post to and settle Kasasa Cash account during each monthly qualification cycle. Transactions and activities may take one or more banking days from the date the transaction or activity occurred to post to and settle the account. The following activities do not count toward earning rewards; ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, and debit card transactions processed by merchants and received by SPE as ATM transactions. "Monthly Qualification Cycle" means a period beginning one (1) day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one (1) day prior to the close of the current statement cycle. The advertised Kasasa Cash APY is based on compounding dividends. Dividends earned in Kasasa Cash are automatically transferred to Kasasa Saver each statement cycle and do not compound. Actual dividend amount paid may be less than advertised Kasasa Cash APY. The Kasasa Saver APYs may be less than Kasasa Cash APYs. If qualifications are met each monthly qualification cycle; (1) balances up to $5,000 in Kasasa Saver receive an APY of 0.50%, and (2) balances over $5,000 in Kasasa Saver earn 0.25% dividend rate on portion of the balance over $5,000, resulting in 0.50% - 0.26% APY depending on the balance. If qualifications are not met on Kasasa Cash, all balances in Kasasa Saver earn 0.05% APY. Must be 18 or older to open this account. Must maintain a valid email address on file with SPE.
